Home Purchases or Refinances

If you are interested in discovering which mortgage may be right for you, our mortgage experts are here to assist you Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. When you are ready to start your application please have the following information available: 

• Personal Information (name, address, social security number, and date of birth)
• Employment Information (length of employment, gross income, other sources of income, social security, etc.)
• Funds to Close and Reserves (approximate balance in savings, checking, investments and retirement accounts or gift funds)
• Debts or Obligations (approximate balances and payments for mortgages, installment loans, car loans, credit cards, student loans and child support).

Protecting our Members:

Mortgage Centers never asks borrowers for personal or sensitive information, like account numbers and passwords, via a link in an unsecured email. Borrowers will be notified by Mortgage Centers Staff if they should expect an encrypted email with personal information. If you receive an email asking for your personal information or redirecting you to an unsecured website, please delete it.

Holiday Closings:

We are closed all Federal Holidays
